Finally, we have the bill to not only extend the $8000.00 credit to first-time buyers, they have increased the income limits and have included $6500.00 credit to ANYONE who has lived in their home the past 5 out of 8 years! With prices down to about the same prices of 2005, and legislature keeping interest rates low - NOW IS THE TIME TO BUY!!! Let's hope Obama signs it soon!!! Let's get this economy back in shape for everyone!
