WE HAVE GONE GREEN!
With a total of 42+ pages for one contract that needs to be duplicated and handed out to lenders, title companies, sellers, buyers, appraisers, real estate agents and brokers: there is a lot of paper! We do our part by using our technology instead of our trees. All your signed papers will be given to you via email! We will also use email and to get your contract to all other involved parties so we can “cut down” the paper, but not the trees! However, we can still give you an “Old-Fashioned” paper copy should you desire
